We specialise in the planning, negotiation and implementation of commercial and contractual agreements for major procurement projects. We have also supported major outsourcing projects where our specialist knowledge and expertise have been of significant value to the project outcomes.

We have specialised in this area since 1991, working with blue chip customers in the financial services, media and communications, telecommunications, government and IT sectors. Our clients are based in Ireland, the UK and abroad.

Our genesis in software design and development gives us a deep understanding of the software industry that many procurement professionals do not have. Thus, when we engage with our technical clients, for example, we understand their language and the issues they face. Over the years we have planned, negotiated and implemented strategic sourcing agreements with many software suppliers worldwide.
